Who operates this site?
Bsness di Stefano Ventura, Via Amola, 46, 40050 Monte San Pietro (BO), Italy, VAT IT04390251207. Privacy contact: info@bsness.co.uk. Our Privacy Policy explains purposes, recipients, retention and your rights.
Cookies are small records stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local browser storage and identifiers used by scripts. Information can relate to you even when it does not contain your name.
Choose or change your preferences
Essential functions operate when needed for the service you request. Optional Analytics and Advertising measurement remain off until you agree to their categories. You can select Accept all, Reject all, or choose individual categories in Privacy settings. “Reject all” rejects the optional categories; it does not disable essential shop functions.
The Privacy settings button remains available so you can change or withdraw optional consent at any time. You can continue shopping if you refuse. Choices apply to this browser on bsness.co.uk, not automatically to another browser, device or Bsness website. Browser settings also let you inspect and delete storage; deletion may remove your saved choice, sign-in or basket.
We use basic consent mode for Google measurement. Analytics is held back until analytics consent is confirmed, and Google Ads until advertising-measurement consent is confirmed. If neither category is allowed, no Google measurement tag is loaded by this integration. Withdrawal stops further measurement for the withdrawn category. The UK integration does not enable enhanced conversions, Google Signals or personalised advertising.
Essential privacy controls
__Host-bsness_privacy_candidate_*: a first-party cookie used to retrieve your privacy choice. It has a random, signed identifier, is sent only over HTTPS to this host and cannot be read by page scripts. It lasts up to six calendar months from a new choice. Reading a saved choice does not renew it. Before a choice is recorded, an initial privacy session uses this cookie with a maximum six-calendar-month expiry.bsp_candidate_https://bsness.co.ukin localStorage: a random coordination marker and save status that allow open tabs to notice a change. It is replaced when a choice changes; it has no automatic browser expiry and remains until replaced or site storage is cleared. It does not independently authorise tracking.- The corresponding
_pendingitem in sessionStorage: temporarily holds an interrupted privacy save so it can be retried without duplicating the receipt. It is removed after a successful save or superseding choice, or when the tab’s storage is cleared. Browser session-restoration behaviour can preserve session storage.
Our server archive records choices, a random identifier, timestamps and the notice version. It excludes your email, IP address, browser user-agent and order details; separate security logs may contain connection data. Each receipt series is retained for 365 days from its latest choice, then removed by scheduled cleanup. A later choice extends the retention of earlier receipts in the same series. This archive period is separate from the preference cookie.
Shop, sign-in and payment functions
woocommerce_cart_hashandwoocommerce_items_in_cart: session cookies used for basket changes.wp_woocommerce_session_*links your browser to its shop session, normally for two days. WooCommerce may also use session storage for basket fragments and recently viewed product information where that function is used.- WordPress sign-in cookies, such as
wordpress_logged_in_*, authentication cookies andwordpress_test_cookie, support requested sign-in and account security. Duration depends on the session and whether you choose to remain signed in. Account preferences and security controls may use additional storage when needed for those functions. - Stripe, PayPal and supported payment wallets: payment components may load during the shopping or checkout journey to provide payment methods, authentication and fraud prevention. Examples include Stripe’s
__stripe_mid(normally one year) and__stripe_sid(normally thirty minutes). The actual storage depends on the provider, selected method, browser and whether you already have a provider account. Provider storage is not all treated as essential merely because the provider processes payments. See Stripe’s cookie information and PayPal’s cookie information for their technologies and choices.
Necessary basket, sign-in and payment functions are separate from the optional Analytics and Advertising measurement switches. Those switches control Bsness’s measurement integration, not the privacy settings of your separate Stripe, PayPal, Google or Apple account. WooCommerce’s order-attribution feature is disabled. See also WooCommerce’s storage documentation.
Optional analytics
With your analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 distinguishes visits and measures website and shopping events. Its first-party cookies include _ga and _ga_9PQ7PHWQ1P. Our integration requests a 180-day cookie lifetime and disables renewal on ordinary use, rather than using Google’s standard two-year default. Browsers can impose shorter limits. Server-side Analytics retention is separate and is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Optional advertising measurement
With your advertising-measurement consent, Google Ads uses advertising identifiers and conversion information to measure campaign results. Google storage can include _gcl_au and click-attribution cookies in the _gcl_* family, depending on whether an advertising click is present. Google documents a typical ninety-day lifetime for conversion-linking cookies; our tag configuration also requests a 180-day ceiling where the Google cookie-expiry setting applies. Cookies specific to a Google service can follow that service’s own documented lifetime.
Google Ads can also store click-attribution information in browser local storage under _gcl_ls. Browser local storage has no automatic cookie-style expiry. Our integration removes this entry when advertising-measurement consent is withdrawn or a refusal is confirmed; clearing site storage also removes it. See Google’s Conversion Linker documentation.
Google receives connection and device information when permitted requests reach its systems. Measurement payloads can include public product identifiers, quantities, value/currency and a pseudonymous transaction identifier; our integration does not send customer names, email addresses, postal addresses, payment credentials or order-access keys. See Google’s partner-site information, Google’s cookie information and Analytics cookie documentation.
Questions or withdrawal
Use Privacy settings to withdraw optional consent. Withdrawal affects future processing and does not make earlier consent-based processing unlawful. For questions or requests concerning information already collected, contact info@bsness.co.uk. A review-invitation choice at checkout is separate and can be withdrawn by contacting us.
